The first edition of the Flow King Contest on Zero!

The first edition of the Flow King Contest on Zero - a "flow profiling" competition - was an incredible success, thank you Brisbane!

Many talented Baristas have applied to compete, but only one of them could win the prize of $ 2000!

Using Dalla Corte's patented Digital Flow Regulator technology on Zero - our latest model of commercial espresso machine - Queensland's top baristas could explore a wide range of sensory characteristics in their espressos, wowing judges with aromas that a traditional espresso machine wouldn’t allow to extract.

It was Benjamin @ninjaducafe who impressed the judges the most, with a fantastic Indigo Uraga coffee, a natural single origin from Ethiopia by Project Origin, carefully roasted by Tim Adams Specialty Coffee.
