Zhudong, in Taiwan, is popularly nicknamed the island’s “windy city”. This town is also known for its excellent coffeeshops: one of these is a little gem called One Five Coffee.

Roye, the owner, has worked in the food and beverage industry for many years, but his strong passion for specialty coffee brought him back to Zhudong. He returned to his home town with the intention of spreading coffee culture. To share his passion for coffee, Roye has chosen Dalla Corte Mina and Max in custom light oak panels, matching the store’s Japanese industrial style and creating a warm and welcoming environment.
